Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve customers with a smile, providing a positive first impression of the spa.
  • Efficiently manage bookings and provide personalized tours of the spa facilities, ensuring customers have a seamless experience.
  • Handle calls and queries professionally, listening attentively to concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating benefits of membership and up-selling opportunities, exceeding targets consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout the spa, including linen inventory management, surface cleaning, and stocktakes.
  • Ensure sauna rooms are well-maintained, cleaned, and prepared for the next group of customers.
  • Support the Spa Manager as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the spa.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Outgoing personality and high standards of personal presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
