Customer Service Ambassador

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that the workplace is clean, tidy and well maintained.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multitask effectively and work well under pressure. They will also have experience working within the hospitality industry and be familiar with responsible service of alcohol legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
- Preparing and serving beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with responsible service of alcohol legislation.
