A seasoned leader is required to drive project delivery, client interaction and community engagement.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the management of all construction site teams and the delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for project delivery, client interaction and community engagement.

  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards and regulations
  • Commercially manage live projects
  • Develop business opportunities in SEQ
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and forecasting of project costs
Qualifications & Skills
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or similar field
  • 10+ years experience in project management
  • Strong commercial and contract understanding
  • Experience in self-delivery of projects
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project software packages
  • Ability to manage a team and organisational change
