Project Manager Opportunity

We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple QLD projects and join our national leadership team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project delivery, client relations, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site teams and ensure timely project delivery
  • Collaborate with the executive management team to coordinate resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Commercially manage live projects, ensuring understanding of contract clauses and regulations
  • Participate in Business Development by interacting with clients, seeking opportunities, and assisting the Tendering team
  • Liaise with project teams to monitor and forecast project costs, maintaining budget control
  • Prepare regular project reports for Head Office, including progress, commercial, and budget updates
  • Responsible for profit & loss management for SEQ projects
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Qualifications
  • A confident and resilient Construction / Operations Manager with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management teams
  • Self-delivery experience and Civil Engineering degree or similar
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and commercial contracts
  • Proficient in MS Office & MS Project software packages
  • Proven background in managing teams and driving organisational change
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
