The client is seeking an experienced Functional Oracle Consultant to optimize, enhance, and support their Oracle Fusion HCM platform across key business functions.

This role sits within a high-performing internal Oracle team and will collaborate closely with stakeholders from HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.

The successful candidate will help deliver ongoing enhancements to the Oracle Fusion HCM platform, providing hands-on functional expertise across modules like Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.

The client has a long-term Oracle roadmap in place, with upcoming projects and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Lead or contribute to end-to-end implementations and enhancements
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), training, change management, and go-live
  • Collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams
  • Stay updated on Oracle releases and assess business impacts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Oracle Consultant, ideally within Fusion HCM
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and system configuration
  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
