Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human capital management (HCM) systems, including design, implementation, and user engagement. They will be responsible for contributing to the development and enhancement of HCM systems, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and leading testing and evaluation activities.

The successful candidate will apply attention to detail to ensure system and policy designs are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. They will manage policy and program initiatives that support the health workforce, with a focus on attraction, recruitment, and retention strategies.

In addition, they will provide expert advice to executives and staff across NSW Health to ensure consistent application of best-practice HCM systems and policies. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across the public health system to ensure alignment and effective delivery of HCM initiatives.
