Expert Workday HCM Solutions Architect

As a leading expert in Workday HCM solutions, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex intersystem problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth expertise in Workday HCM product design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday HCM solution.
- Engage and support clients throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues under limited direction, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, or related field.
- 4+ years of Workday HCM functional implementation experience.
- 3-6 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
