As a tyre sales expert, you will play a key role in overseeing the sales and operations of our busy tyre shop. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and profit targets, foster strong relationships with customers and provide tailored recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service and recommending products that meet customers' needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service and drive sales performance
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock availability to meet customer demand
  • Support occasional workshop tasks such as fitting, balancing and aligning tyres (as required)
About You
  • Proven experience and success in tyre sales, with a strong understanding of various tyre brands, sizes and applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
  • A strong sense of self-motivation, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with an interest and willingness to learn more about tyres and vehicle technology
  • A current driver's licence is essential for this role
