Retail Marketing Specialist Role

This role supports the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives across a national store network. The Retail Marketing Specialist will deliver engaging, results-driven campaigns that reflect the brand's identity and connect with customers on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout of retail marketing campaigns across stores nationally
  • Liaise with external partners, shopping centres, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution
  • Manage marketing materials for new store openings
  • Collaborate with in-store teams to understand campaign impact and gather feedback
  • Assist in localising national campaigns to suit regional audiences
  • Maintain campaign schedules and assist with reporting and analysis
About You:
  • 2–5 years' experience in retail based marketing
  • Experience working with shopping centres or retail partners
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy and confident using marketing tools/platforms
  • Passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
