**Email Marketing Coordinator Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the proofing and approvals process, communicating campaign details, and ensuring error-free execution on campaign elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the proofing and approvals process to attain stakeholder feedback
  • Communication of campaign details and audience segmentation
  • Assistance with quality assurance to ensure 100% error-free execution on campaign elements and setup
  • Support for the CRM team's A/B testing goals and requirements
  • Assistance with process improvements, quality checks, logging errors, and escalating potential issues
  • Collaboration with retail, merch, and design teams to enhance asset delivery processes
  • Support for weekly planning and strategy
  • Additional marketing support as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Retail experience highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of analytics with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions
  • Proactive approach with strong project management skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take on multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments, team player
  • Proficiency in an internal project management tool a plus
  • Strong written and verbal skills
