Construction Business Growth Manager

As a Project Manager with expertise in construction, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business across Australia. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our construction processes and practices, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the development and implementation of construction strategies that drive business growth.
- Provide high-level support on contract reviews, audits, and compliance to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor worker compliance, safety, and insurance requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Liaise with technical services on new installation details to optimize project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have commercial and industrial project management experience, a current understanding of Australian construction practices, trade qualifications, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Trade qualifications with Builders license.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- General understanding of legal contracts and compliance matters.
