Job Opportunity

We aim to deliver seamless digital experiences for our people and clients. As a Technology Solutions Specialist, you'll lead system deployment, process enhancement, automation, and user support across key divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy integrated systems to build an efficient digital ecosystem.
  • Implement automation using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools.
  • Optimize integrations between core platforms including FYI Docs, XPM, Ignition, Fee Synergy, and Fuse Sign.
  • Design, document, and improve business processes to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Enhance workflows for client onboarding/offboarding, job management, and engagement setup.
  • Develop and maintain centralized documentation, policies, and guides in SharePoint and Teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and version control across all offices and teams.
  • Provide hands-on support to staff using business systems and tools.
  • Create user training resources and lead internal sessions to build system confidence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and improve user experience.
About You
  • Experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Platform or other RPA platforms.
  • Background in professional services (accounting, legal, or financial services preferred).
  • Strong skills in process documentation, development, and digital workflow design.
  • Sound knowledge of systems integration and operational optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager (XPM), FYI Docs, Ignition, Fee Synergy, Fuse Sign, ATO Mate, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint will be highly regarded.
