Digital Transformation Leader

Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Change Management: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of new technologies.
- Training and Support: Facilitate training programmes and provide support to clinical teams during digital transformation.
- Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with NSW Health, clinical and corporate services teams to ensure successful system integration.
- Adoption Metrics: Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change to ensure maximum impact.
- Communication Planning: Create communication plans to engage all stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
