Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ground Support Operator in the Ringwood area.

About the Role:

The Ground Support Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient deployment of drones on a daily basis. This includes pre-flight inspections, loading packages onto aircraft, and maintaining the nest site.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-flight inspections and daily setup
• Pack and load packages onto aircraft
• Maintain the nest site and ensure equipment is replenished as needed
• Identify aircraft requiring maintenance action
• Report any unsafe or unusual occurrences to the operations manager

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, and high attention to detail. You must also have an Australian driving license and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
