Customer Service Officer - Perth, WA
At BGIS, we're seeking a skilled and organized Customer Service Officer to join our team in Perth, WA. As the welcoming face of the company, you'll provide top-tier service to guests and employees while supporting various administrative and workplace activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional greeting to guests, offering beverages as needed.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Oversee the collection and distribution of mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Maintain the tidiness of external facing areas, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage access card and induction processes, ensuring seamless onboarding for new employees.
- Ensure stock levels of stationery, consumables, milk, and coffee are maintained, supporting the smooth operation of the workplace.
- Assist with locker requests, ad-hoc bookings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Conduct workplace inspections as required, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Collate team meeting minutes, monitor facilities inboxes, and support workplace teams with reporting and service provider communications.
- Lodge and manage work requests as needed, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
Systems & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Raise and close work orders, approve purchase orders, and ensure efficient processing and tracking.
- Maintain the internal Workplace SharePoint page (Workplace Hub) with up-to-date content, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Handle workplace communications for internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise information.
- Administer the internal workplace booking tool, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources.
- Regularly review and update reception processes for efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
