About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our dealer network across Australia.

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive growth and launch a new product line within a fast-paced auto-tech environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard new dealerships into our ecosystem.
  • Partner Management: Foster strong relationships, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless onboarding journey.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with vendors and partners to unlock new opportunities and expand reach.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights back into our product and leadership teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with us, building trust and buy-in.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or account management (auto marketplace/dealer experience highly advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of the used car industry and dealer ecosystem.
  • Excellent relationship-building and commercial communication skills.
  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating with dealers.
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships and unlock new ones.
  • Proven track record of successful onboarding and account growth.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with approachability and conversational skills.
