Our team is seeking a skilled and customer-focused leader to head our technology department.

As Lead Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by utilizing your knowledge of PC's, Mac's, Mobile Phones, as well as software and related peripherals.

You will work closely with our supplier partners to deliver solutions to various technical challenges and use your problem-solving skills to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for retail and technology, be highly motivated and results-driven, and possess outstanding customer service and communication skills.

We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-focused, successful technology-based retail business who has a high level of Technology and Entertainment product knowledge to support customer queries.

The ideal candidate will also have technical knowledge of related peripherals such as digital cameras, printers, networking, and Software programs, as well as knowledge of Apple products.

You will be responsible for servicing customers while managing work tasks around their needs and going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving.

We require someone with the ability to resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
