About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and inventory management processes across our portfolio, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and without safety or environmental incident.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate IV in Purchasing or equivalent experience in inventory management, including stocktaking and purchasing for multiple sites.
  • Experience in inventory management, including stocktaking and purchasing for multiple sites, with a strong understanding of contract and inventory management practices.
  • A thorough understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience using SAP purchase-to-pay system and MS Excel and MS Word.
