About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food Services Assistant to join our team at Estia Health in Kadina, South Australia.

As a Food Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents by providing a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to residents
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Assist with laundry and cleaning duties
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to create exciting meal options
  • Maintain accurate records as part of our Food Safety Program
  • Be active and on your feet for most of your shift
Requirements
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
  • Previous experience in kitchen work (aged care experience an advantage)
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Completion of the Basic Food Handling Course
