About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Services Assistant to join our team at Estia Health. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to residents
  • Clean and maintain a high standard of hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to create menus and plan meals
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures
  • Be active and on your feet for most of your shift
Requirements
  • Experience in kitchen work, preferably in aged care
  • Great time management and planning skills
  • Completed the Basic Food Handling Course
  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
