Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Our facility at Tanilba Bay, NSW provides care and services to 41 residents. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to deliver clinical leadership and support the well-being of our residents.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing holistic and compassionate care to residents
  • Delivering clinical guidance to staff members and overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements for quality care and resident dignity


Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation and regulations
  • Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in clinical leadership roles and managing daily clinical issues
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
