Job Opportunity:
Therapeutic Support WorkerWe are seeking individuals with a strong sense of self who can provide therapeutic support and care to vulnerable young people.
This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality therapeutic care, implementing best practice interventions, and supporting young people in their educational and recreational pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement therapeutic programs.
- Support young people in achieving their goals and aspirations.
- Provide safe and nurturing environments for young people.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
