Job Overview

As a Compassionate In-Home Care Specialist, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients maintain their independence by providing essential in-home care services such as assistance with showering, dressing and grooming, meal preparation, assistance with shopping, and light housekeeping.

About the Role

In this role, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare to the Southern Grampians community. You will bring:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent
  • Driver's Licence
  • Advanced communication skills
  • High levels of energy
  • Person-centred approach
