We are a friendly practice, providing quality service to the local area since 1998. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join our team.

The practice has a clientele consisting of families and children, senior citizens, and residents of local nursing homes. We provide services in all aspects of dentistry, encompassing general and emergency dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, crown and bridge, and denture work.

A successful applicant will have a desire for continuous learning, good communication skills, a solutions-based approach to problem-solving, the ability to multitask and be an collaborative team player with good attention to detail.

Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

- welcoming and checking in patients
- manage patient appointments and schedules
- input for new patient files, accounting, and administration using the exact dental database and software
- process patient payment, invoices, and receipts
- coordinate incoming and outgoing lab work
- manage purchasing and stock control
- liaise with specialists, suppliers, labs, and patients
- perform chair side assistance when required
- maintain infection control and sterilization when required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
