Director of Educational Operations

The Director of Educational Operations will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators in providing high-quality early learning and educational opportunities to children.

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day centre operations
  • Leading and mentoring the team to deliver outstanding educational programs
  • Fostering strong relationships with families and promoting a sense of community
  • Collaboration with directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals
  • Staffing management, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory and WHS requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
  • Leadership experience within an early learning setting
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
