Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality early learning experiences for children and families.

This is not your typical leadership role. You'll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the centre, the support of an experienced team, and the opportunity to work both on and off the floor, staying connected to what really matters: children, families, and educators.

Whether you're an experienced director or a high-performing 2IC ready to step up, this is your chance to lead a truly collaborative and purpose-driven service.

About the Role:

  • Lead a dedicated team of educators and support staff
  • Develop and implement centre-wide strategies and initiatives
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve shared goals
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Demonstrate expertise in early childhood education and the National Quality Framework

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience in a Centre Director or Assistant Director role
  • Calm, confident leadership style with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Child Protection (Identify & Respond to Children at Risk) training
  • Working With Children Check (NSW)
  • Australian Working Rights

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families, community groups, and local businesses
  5. Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement them in the centre
