Individualized Life Skills Coach

The primary objective of this role is to provide tailored support and care for an individual with specific needs. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and in-home tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering person-centered active support and have the ability to implement individualised developmental programs.
Experience working with individuals who exhibit high levels of concern, as well as flexibility in adapting to changes in service delivery, are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with ADLs, including personal care and manual handling
- Engage in in-home activities such as cooking and arts
- Support the development of life skills through established plans and programs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening
- Current driver's licence and first aid certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care)
- Dysphagia training and Manual Handling Level 2
