**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in the conceptualisation, planning, coordination, and support of large-scale research programs. This role will involve working closely with key researchers and teams to develop effective communication and working relationships, both internally and externally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the writing, editing, and development of research proposals, business plans, and promotional materials.* Act with initiative under broad direction to undertake complex tasks and competing demands with minimal direct supervision and within tight time constraints.* A high level of self-motivation, initiative, creativity, and sound judgement.* Proven analytical, research, and writing skills to enable the effective synthesis of complex information and data from multiple sources, and the provision of high-quality evidence-based content.* Experience of working effectively in a team environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.* Relevant experience in research coordination, administration, or a related field.
