Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our cancer biology research group as a Research Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with laboratory protocols and technical procedures.

Our research focuses on creating innovative solutions for cancer treatment and prevention. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in cancer biology or a related area of medical research.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including nucleic acid and protein extraction, WB analyses, cell and tissue culture, PCR, immunohistochemistry, qPCR, quantitative analysis of data, and more. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and accurately catalogue samples and data.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in cancer biology or a related area of medical research
  • Strong background in laboratory management and safety procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
