Leasing Consultant Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious leasing professional to join our thriving real estate agency.

Job Description:

As the new Leasing Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist on a well-maintained portfolio of exceptional properties. You will work alongside another Leasing Consultant and under the guidance of a Senior Property Manager, playing a key role in servicing premium clients.

  • Supporting a Senior Property Manager with the leasing process
  • Conducting open homes and inspections
  • Managing Leasing inquiries via email and phone
  • Application process including reference checks
  • Conditions Reports
  • Data entry into agent software
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the preparation and execution of leasing strategies
  2. Work closely with senior team members to achieve business objectives
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
  • Own vehicle and driver's license
  • Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
