We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small customer service team and playing an integral part in building effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution. They will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and guide a team, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.

- Be the go-to problem solver, helping customers, distributors, and internal teams find solutions.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
