Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team at the forefront of digital retail.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of legal work in a dynamic and agile environment, ideal for someone looking to make a real impact and grow their career.
The Role:- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including technology, supplier, logistics, and partnership contracts.
- Provide practical and commercially relevant legal advice to stakeholders.
- Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance, including consumer law, privacy, and ASX listing obligations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining legal policies and risk frameworks.
- Manage external counsel and legal technology tools to ensure cost-effective support.
- Support with dispute resolution and regulatory communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills:- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably gained in-house or within a corporate practice.
- Strong commercial contract experience with the ability to balance legal risk and business outcomes.
- Familiarity with consumer law, privacy/data protection, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Previous exposure to e-commerce, retail, or technology-driven environments is advantageous.
