The Role:

• Advise Australian businesses on commercial and corporate law issues across structuring, governance, shareholder agreements, fundraising, regulatory obligations and more
• Strategic legal support for start-ups, scaleups and small businesses
• New legal products and offerings with our product and marketing teams
• Multiple client matters in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment
• Collaborate with legal ops, marketing and product teams to build scalable legal offerings and tools
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal systems and client delivery processes

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ PQE with a current Australian practicing certificate
• Solid experience in commercial or corporate law
• Ability to deliver fast, clear and confident advice
• Comfort juggling client needs in a dynamic environment
• Interest in legal innovation, legal ops or NewLaw
• Bonus: Experience with start-ups or small business clients
