Cyber Security Leader Position
Cyber security leaders will spearhead the protection and safeguarding of information and systems across various areas, including application security, cyber governance, identity management, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee teams to deliver expert, contemporary cyber security services.
- Build a strong foundation of trust and confidence in the digital environment.
- Develop and implement new security capabilities to meet organisational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government security policies and legislative obligations.
The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders and IT service providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration. They will also develop robust policy and strategic advice that supports adherence to security frameworks and protects information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in cyber security operations, governance, strategy or program portfolio management.
- Strong technical capability to deliver expert cyber security services.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Knowledge of government security policies and legislation.
