  • The Educational Support Professional will actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families through effective communication and active listening.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement by contributing to regular meetings and providing feedback on processes and procedures.

  • The successful candidate must hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
  • Be willing to travel between other local services as required.
  • Have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, am-pm, to meet the needs of the centre and children.
