Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Director to lead our centre in Tarneit. As a leader, you will provide operational guidance, working closely with educators, families, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the service in alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Mentor and develop a team of educators committed to continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with families and the community.
  • Oversee compliance, staffing, and enrolment.
  • Champion curriculum and pedagogy aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of educators, delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of our children and families. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved qualification equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience in an early childhood service.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF V2.0, VEYLDF, and Child Safe Standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Current Working With Children (WWCC), First Aid, and Child Protection training.
