Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Operating System Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining standard Windows Operating System images aligned to industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • SOE Design and Upkeep: Develop and maintain standard Windows Operating System images.
  • Application Packaging and Deployment: Package, test, and deploy applications via Intune or MECM.
  • Intune/Endpoint Management: Manage policies, compliance, Conditional Access, baselines, Autopilot, and application updates.
  • Lifecycle and Patching: Provision, configure, and perform monthly patching with minimal disruption.
  • Security Controls: Implement BitLocker, Defender policies, hardening, and secure baselines mapped to public-sector standards.
  • Automation: Use PowerShell to automate builds, configurations, and remediation tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Escalate L3 issues related to SOE, applications, and deployment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows Endpoint Management/SOE engineering.
  • Proven experience in SOE build, application packaging, and Intune deployment; MECM/SCCM is a plus.
  • Strong skills in PowerShell, GPO/baselines, Defender, BitLocker, and public-sector compliance exposure.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
