Energy Transition Project Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead construction teams delivering major energy transition projects. This is a key leadership role overseeing pole installation and associated distribution line works across large-scale infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the safe installation, replacement, and maintenance of power poles and associated equipment, managing crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project standards.

  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and enforce safety compliance at all times
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and client representatives to coordinate works
  • Monitor progress against schedules and provide daily reporting to site management
Requirements
  • OHS Construction Card (White Card)
  • Current Driver's Licence (HR preferred)
  • High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogging/Rigging advantageous)
  • Certificate III in ESI – Distribution or equivalent qualification
  • Proven supervisory experience in pole and line construction projects
