Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, replacement, and maintenance of power poles and associated equipment.
  • Manage teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work practices across projects.
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and enforce safety protocols at all times.
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to coordinate works.
  • Monitor progress against schedules and provide regular reporting to site management.
  • Mentor and support team members to maintain high performance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • OHS Construction Card (White Card).
  • Current Driver's Licence (HR preferred).
  • High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogging/Rigging advantageous).
  • Certificate III in ESI – Distribution or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven supervisory experience in pole and line construction projects.
  • Previous FIFO experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
  • Two contactable work-related references.
