Job Title: Medical Records Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Records Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, leading, and supervising the Health Informatics Clerical Team and Service.

This role oversees the day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficient workflows to support the timely availability of patient information for patient care, coding, and billing.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Business Administration, experience in an administrative or clerical setting, preferably in a healthcare setting, and exceptional organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and supervise the Health Informatics Clerical Team and Service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Foster team performance, providing guidance and support.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to align with organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in administrative or clerical setting, preferably in healthcare.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
