Business Manager - Electronic Warfare

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Business Manager to lead our team in delivering business activities, including workforce management, financial management, and data integrity.

The right person for this role will be responsible for overseeing procurement and contract management processes, as well as coordinating and managing SPO reporting requirements and business plan implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Defence's Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) within the Electromagnetic Warfare and Intelligence Systems (EWIS) Branch.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A significant record of achievement in business management and planning
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing geographically dispersed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and communication skills, including relationship building, resilience, and adaptability
  • An understanding of Defence's procurement and contract management policies and the ability to interpret documentation under limited direction
