This role involves assisting them throughout the application process with relevant government departments, all with the ultimate goal of achieving the best possible outcomes.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on defence-related claims and benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Defence personnel, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with government departments to resolve claims and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Compensation Advocacy experience (or working towards).
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritise, manage, and problem-solve effectively.
