About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for helping individuals throughout the application process with relevant government departments, with the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Assist Defence personnel and their families in understanding and navigating various claims, including pensions and benefits
- BUILD meaningful relationships internally and externally to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures to achieve optimal results
- Compensation Advocate certification (or working towards)
- Demonstrated understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex information
