Marketing Campaign Manager

This is a highly skilled role that involves developing and executing seasonal marketing plans to support product launches, key collections, store openings, and brand activations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in retail, fashion, sport, or consumer goods and be confident managing end-to-end marketing campaigns from seasonal planning to execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute seasonal marketing plans to drive customer engagement, achieve commercial objectives, and support brand growth.
- Coordinate content asset production, leading execution across key channels including retail, wholesale, and digital.
- Partner with Group Digital teams to develop and implement paid digital and social strategies.
- Manage creative assets, campaign development, and influencer/social content for owned and partner channels.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns in real time.
- Conduct competitor research and stay across best practice marketing trends.
