  • Handle service requests and incidents through our IT Service Desk with care and precision.
  • Ensure seamless equipment procurement and logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and the broader IT team to resolve issues efficiently and achieve high customer satisfaction.

About the Position:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support across various systems with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in desktop, mobile, and core infrastructure environments effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage IT equipment and device procurement and logistics.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and contribute to IT projects as required.
  • Follow established change management processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  • A foundational IT certification, with ITIL foundations as a minimum.
