This is an opportunity to contribute to a leading organisation's marketing efforts, specifically targeting healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the needs of healthcare practitioners engaged in natural health solutions.

An important aspect of this role is understanding the regulatory environment and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

Digital marketing skills are essential, as well as the ability to create engaging content for various audiences. The successful candidate will be able to lead and facilitate high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning, digital marketing execution, content development, lead generation, event planning, market intelligence gathering, metrics analysis, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or a related field, with mature experience in OTC, consumer, or supplements marketing.

A proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns is required. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver within budget is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to health practitioners engaged in natural health solutions.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the digital, sales and customer marketing team.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with global and regional education, and creative team to create educational materials, clinical guides, case studies, and digital content that resonates with health practitioners.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing within the healthcare community.
  • Event: Collaborate withEvent & Communications Specialist to plan HCP-targeted events such as webinars, seminars, conferences, and industry trade shows.
  • Market Intelligence: Understand the needs, trends, and challenges of healthcare professionals, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with industry demands and business objectives.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Track, analyse and report on the performance of HCP marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Leadership: Coach and mentor Education Team in support with Marketing Manager, to build capability, prioritise the team's workload and unblock barriers to ensure the team is successful in achieving KPIs and goals.
