Maternity Care Professionals are sought after to join a dynamic team at Monash Health's Sandringham Hospital.

Job Description

Sandringham Hospital offers an opportunity for Midwives to develop their skills and knowledge in Maternity care. The successful candidates will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting high-quality patient-centered care.

The role involves working across various shifts including weekends and evenings, providing expert midwifery care to women during pregnancy, birth and postnatal periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in a Maternity service
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering women-centred care
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including 7 days, all shifts
  • Drive and passion for continuous improvement across Women's services

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement activities.
