Marketing Assistant Job Description

The ideal candidate will be based at our Support Office in Malvern East and be responsible for driving growth across our Local Area Marketing and Social Media activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth across Local Area Marketing and Social Media activity
  • Liaise with Regional Managers on LAM opportunities
  • Coordinate with shopping centres for local opportunities and campaign updates
  • Propose seasonal LAM activity in line with campaign strategy
  • Propose seasonal social/influencer activity in line with campaign strategy
  • Schedule and track social media activity performance
  • Manage product samples and respond to customer queries/community management
  • Maintain promotional calendars and circulate changes
  • Communicate catalogue details to staff and track/report on deliverability
  • Manage the marketing inbox and perform additional administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or related qualifications
  • Interest in menswear fashion is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all team members, suppliers, and agencies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure, show resilience, and be flexible
  • Detailed and focused approach to work, being highly organised and a self-starter
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative work environment
