**What You Will Be Doing**

The Associate Midwife Unit Manager (AMUM) is a valued member of the leadership team at Peninsula Health, committed to upholding Peninsula Health’s values and meeting organisational goals.

The AMUM supports the Midwife Unit Manager (MUM) and when required, acts in their role to provide effective leadership and management of the Unit/Department. The AMUM works with the MUM to oversee the delivery of safe, evidence based, person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registered Midwife with current AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Postnal Care
- Advanced level of Midwifery Skills and easily identified as a role model of clinical excellence
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check
