About this role:

The Client Success Associate will act as a conduit between clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and driving client relationships forward.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with existing clients, meeting with clients to understand their business priorities, partnering with sales teams to onboard new clients, and collaborating with internal colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients.

This role requires 12+ months of relevant professional experience, a passion for human resources concepts, strong customer service and communication skills, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Gartner guides enterprise leaders through expert analysis and bold ideas, delivering actionable insight to succeed with mission-critical priorities.

The HR team is aligned by business function, and this role partners with clients in the HR space, specifically CHROs and Heads of HR. Key areas of focus include talent management, org design, workforces of the future, employee relations, recruitment, policy, and procedure.
